An opportunity for Explorer Scout Young Leaders

On 21st April, a registered Regional Makaton Tutor (the Somerset County Commissioner) will be holding an on-line Makaton taster session for South West ESYLs.
This is open to any YLs who would like to know about the Makaton language programme, how it can help some of our youth members with additional needs and to learn some useful signs for games, songs and our promise.
The session will begin at 6.30pm. Joining instructions will be sent to those who register their interest via scoutingathome@somersetscouts.org.uk
ESYLs must copy in a parent / leader / other appropriate adult when registering to participate.
Places will be limited, but this session will be repeated if there is sufficient interest.
There will be at least 2 Somerset Scouting adults present during the video conference.
