Wildlife Warriors (Cubs)

Now we are all spending a lot more time at home, and the weather is improving, it is the perfect time to become Wildlife Warriors! This pack includes lots of activities that Cub Scouts can do over the half term week to help them become one.

These activities will help to Cub Scouts to complete their Naturalist badge, and to work towards the Animal Carer and Gardener badges. There is a checklist at the end so Cubs and parents can see how much they have done towards each badge.

Send this pack to your Cub Scouts and encourage them to record what they have done – maybe through photos to share with you via your group social media?

Consider holding a Zoom meeting after half term to discuss what everyone has achieved.

Thanks to Kathryn Brant from Avon for designing these activity packs specially for South West #ScoutingAtHome

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
