Family At Home Challenge (Cubs)

This is a “Family at Home Challenge” – especially for your Pack members to undertake whilst life is still not quite normal for most of us.

It is designed to encourage them to assist with family life and chores around the home.

Many of the items link to other badgework, and you can also order Somerset County Scouting at Home badges for all participants in this scheme (or any other #ScoutingAtHome activities, completed during the Covid-19 lockdown, whilst our face to face meetings are suspended.

Badge details coming soon here and on www.facebook.com/SomersetScouts/

Thanks to 1st West Moors Group and Dorset County for sharing this idea with us all

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
