Mindfulness Scavenger Hunt

Mindfulness means paying full attention to something. It means slowing down to really notice what you’re doing. Being mindful is the opposite of rushing or multitasking. When you’re mindful, you’re taking your time. You’re focusing in a relaxed, easy way.

Can you collect together an item for each category?

  • Something that makes you happy
  • Something to give to someone else, to make them smile
  • One thing that smells amazing
  • One thing that you enjoy looking at
  • Something that is your favourite colour
  • Something in nature that makes you smile
  • A picture of a place you would like to go
  • Write down the name of someone you are thankful for
  • Something that makes a lovely sound
  • A reminder of a special memory
  • Something you made yourself
  • Something that could remind you of St. George
