We are delighted to say that bookings for our Ski trip taking place in 2026 are open! We have a limited amount of places available, so if you would like to secure a place on the trip please book in now!

• Eligibility:
  • You must be 14-17 years old book an Explorer Scout place (15/02/2008 – 14/02/2012)
  • You must be 18-25 years old to book a Network members place (15/02/2000 to 14/02/2008)
  • Leaders places will be available, however a selection process will follow for those who have expressed their interest.
• Booking Timeline:
  • Bookings open tomorrow at 9:00 AM for Explorer and Network places.
  • Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
  • Please read the terms and conditions thoroughly before booking your place!
• Deposit Payment:
  • A £100.00 deposit per person is required to secure a space.
  • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, (the only exception is if the booking is withdrawn due to ineligibility (e.g., not meeting the age criteria)
• Family Bookings:
  • Families with multiple eligible participants may book up to three places. Please ensure all bookings are for family members only.
• Important Conditions:
  • Only participants who are active members of Scouting at the time of the trip (as Explorer Scouts or Young Leaders) are eligible.
  • If you are unable to secure a place, we encourage you to join the waiting list as additional spots may become available.

• Booking Deposit – £100.00 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your place.
• 2nd Deposit – £250.00 non-refundable booking deposit by the end of January 2025.
• 3rd Payment – £400.00 by the end of April 2025
• 4^th Payment – £400.00 by the end of July 2025,
• 5th payment – £400.00 by the end of October 2025.
