Online Validation – Manager & Supporter Training

Online Validation – Manager & Supporter Training

In Somerset we are aware that, like most Counties across the country, we do not have sufficient Manager & Supporter Training Advisers to meet the needs of our adult volunteers who are completing their training. In order to help this situation, we have introduced “on-line validation”. This method is not aimed at replacing Training Advisers who do a great job but to supplement our offering where, in some circumstances, this option may be appropriate. This is especially true in the current situation where restrictions to meetings may prevent or hinder validation with a Training Adviser.
