First Aid Training – Update February 2021

Date: 16th Feb 2021 Author: Alan Henderson

Whilst we are unable to provide any face-to-face First Aid training in County, we are aware that many adults qualification has expired or has yet to be completed. An on-line theory course is available courtesy of Hampshire Scouts which will provide all that is required and this can be followed up with a short practical assessment once we are able to return to group training, hopefully later in the year.

Further details about First Aid training are available on the following page First Aid Training – Covid-19 Updated

STOP PRESS – If you have volunteered with St John Ambulance as a Vaccinator Volunteer and have completed their short first aid course, which includes CPR, Recovery Position and use of a Defibrillator, this would cover you for the practical element of your First Aid training. Again, details on the First Aid in Covid – 19 Updated page linked above.
