A Huish Halloween!

Date: 17th Oct 2020 Author: Rob Cash

Come and join us for some spooktacular fun this Halloween at our first ‘A Huish Halloween’.

On the weekends of 24th-25th and 30th-31st October 2020 we look forward to welcoming you to our first ‘A Huish Halloween’. Follow our Halloween Trail and discover the pumpkins, cats, bats, broomsticks and things that may go bump in the night. We will provide an activity sheet to write down all the ‘hidden’ letters you will find along the way (don’t forget a pen or pencil and something to lean on; we will have some pencils for sale ‘just in case’).

You can carve your pumpkin either before or after your stroll; if there is space when you arrive we recommend doing it first and putting it safely in your car. Please bring your own pumpkin carving tools if you can. If you don’t want to carve on site please just say and you can take one home to create a masterpiece with later.

Don’t forget to stay a while and enjoy some refreshments, maybe make a spider or get creative with some colouring and of course visit our spooktacular shop!

Tickets are £6.50 per child – adults and under 3’s go free! Please purchase your tickets here before arrival and make sure to bring them with you in either a physical or digital format.

Please wear warm clothing and footwear, the trail is likely to be wet and muddy. But don’t forget your Halloween outfits!

While refreshments will be available, please bring your own food. Facilities are available, but please ‘go’ before you arrive!

Please note and understand that we are only unable to run 1:45 minute slots to allow us time for cleaning. We kindly ask that you arrive and leave within 15 mins either side of your time slot and remain in your bubbles consisting of no more than 6. Please remember to social distance whilst at Huish Woods (but please park considerately) use hand sanitiser and wear a face mask where required (and at all times if you wish to do so). Huish Woods have hand sanitiser stations located throughout the Site for your use, but please do bring your own too.

Huish Woods will have access your booking information for Track & Trace purposes but this will be deleted 21 days after your visit. We hope you understand this is to ensure the safety of all. Huish Woods display a Venue Check-in NHS Test & Trace QR Code throughout the site please ensure you scan one of these upon arrival if you have the technology.

Put your phone down and what are you left with? Just teamwork, courage and the skills to succeed.’
