THE CHALLENGES

The challenge will involve the Patrols visiting a variety of bases located around the camp site. At each base they will complete a ‘Scout’ Challenge, which will be aligned to the Scout Section Programme.  Each base will last 20 minutes. The Patrol with the highest Score at the end of the day will receive the County Challenge Trophy.  A maximum of 44 patrols will be able to enter the event.  Places will be allocated to the first 44 patrols to book in and paying in full.

COST

The cost will be £35.00 for each patrol taking part. This is to be paid by BACS, TO  Account Name: Somerset County Scout Council Sort Code: 30-98-45  Account Number: 69926560 Reference: CSC24- and your Troop name at the same time as sending in the application form.

OTHER INFORMATION

Leaders are encouraged to come along with their Scouts and will be asked to help with the bases; they will not be allowed to accompany their Patrols during the Challenge.
